Our trading policies typically last for 21 days. Within the 21 days of receiving an item or Purchase it is Essential to let us know if there are any faults or misplacements in our Goods or Services. Unfortunately we can NOT offer a refund or exchange if the 21 days policy is broken. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be kept within the original packaging. Before processing and handling a return, we require a video providing substantial evidence that the item is damaged or in not working conditions. This should be sent to BlastingToys@gmail.com or to our FaceBook / InstaGram account. Once we have established that the items or purchase received is faulty we will offer the choice to resend you the item and get it to you as soon as possible in a given time frame.
If you do Place an Order and Customs SEIZE it we do not OFFER a REFUND POLICY. This is due to it being at your Own Risk, make sure to check Legislations and Laws PRIOR to Ordering! As of right now we haven't experienced issues with majority of orders.
